One of the greatest delights of the IAA was found at the Fiat stand.
The new Panda was a joy to behold and one of the best concepts shown
this year. A classic example of taking a theme and applying it all
throughout the car was seen in the new Panda, the theme being a
Squircle, a squished rounded square. The motif is used everywhere from
the headlamps, to the AC vents, right up to the seat height adjustor.
Apart from that there were endearing touches like the door trim texture
made up of a repeating 'Panda' pattern. This one truly brought a smile
to everyones face !
